Server – Mercury Lounge

The Server - Mercury Lounge role delivers professional food and beverage service in a luxury Four Seasons outlet. The position requires strong product knowledge, accurate order handling, polished table service and the ability to anticipate guest needs while working closely with culinary and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Present menus, explain dishes and specials, take accurate orders and coordinate timely delivery.
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness, serviceware and overall outlet presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests or concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and fellow service colleagues to maintain smooth service flow.
• Follow food-safety, hygiene and luxury service standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience is preferred, particularly in luxury hospitality.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good menu knowledge, attention to detail and a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and on flexible shifts.
