Minibar Attendant

The Minibar Attendant manages minibar service for guest rooms while maintaining accurate inventory, presentation and replenishment standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, reliable record keeping and knowledge of food and beverage products in a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and replenish minibar items according to established hotel standards.
• Record consumption accurately and coordinate charges or reporting as required.
• Maintain stock levels, product rotation and cleanliness of minibar areas.
• Handle food, wines and other beverages appropriately and follow storage requirements.
• Use MICROS or related systems where required and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• One to two years of food and beverage experience is preferred.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Working knowledge of food, wines and spirits.
• Accurate counting, recording skills and a customer-focused approach.
