The Captain - Sea Fu role offers an opportunity to join Four Seasons in Dubai and contribute to a luxury hospitality operation. The position is focused on delivering consistent service, supporting daily operations and maintaining the high standards expected across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the core duties associated with the Captain - Sea Fu position and assigned outlet or department.
• Maintain service, quality, safety and presentation standards throughout daily operations.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to support efficient service delivery.
• Respond professionally to guest, operational and team requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, organized work areas and compliance with company procedures.
• Support additional projects and operational priorities as directed by management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for the Captain - Sea Fu position is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Professional presentation and a guest-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work hospitality shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
