Restaurant Manager – Issei

The Restaurant Manager leads daily operations at Issei, ensuring a consistent dining experience, strong guest satisfaction and sound financial performance. The role oversees reservations, table planning, service flow, team training, stock control and promotional activity. Experience in Nikkei dining is preferred, alongside strong beverage knowledge, industry connections in Dubai and mandatory fluency in Spanish, making this a commercially aware and guest-focused leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant service, reservations, table planning and daily operating standards.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, food presentation and service quality.
• Monitor revenue, operating costs, stock levels, ordering and waste to support profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate team members and build a service-focused team culture.
• Work with the culinary team to maintain menu knowledge, quality and consistency.
• Coordinate promotions and events with other departments and review performance reports to identify improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management or a related field is requested.
• Three to five years of restaurant operations experience is specified.
• Experience in a Nikkei dining restaurant is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Strong beverage knowledge, Dubai industry connections, financial-control skills and familiarity with restaurant POS and reservation systems are important.

Employment Details

Full-time restaurant leadership role in Dubai at Issei. The monthly base salary range is AED 7,000–10,000.
