Key Responsibilities

• Review financial documentation for completeness and maintain accurate counselling records.
• Support patients with payment options and required paperwork without making unsupported coverage guarantees.
• Handle sensitive information discreetly, follow policy, and escalate complex billing or financial concerns appropriately.
