The Assistant Manager - Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Technical Excellence supports management systems and operational improvements across quality, safety, environmental and technical requirements. The role helps align procedures, reviews, audits and corrective actions so teams can deliver consistent work and manage risk effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and review of quality, safety and environmental procedures.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, risk reviews and tracking of corrective actions.
- Analyze recurring issues and work with departments to identify practical process improvements.
- Maintain system documentation, performance indicators and compliance-related reports.
- Promote awareness and consistency of technical standards across teams and work locations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates should have relevant quality, HSE or technical-excellence experience and the ability to work across departments. Familiarity with management systems, auditing and continuous improvement is useful. Requirements should align with the organization’s scope and applicable standards.
