Description
Associate Entertainment Manager is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day work of Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Entertainment Manager helps oversee guest-facing entertainment operations, making sure activities, venues and teams are prepared to deliver safe, engaging experiences. The role combines daily operational planning, colleague coordination, service quality and attention to the commercial and visitor needs of the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily entertainment activities, schedules, staffing and operational readiness.
- Maintain guest-service standards and support teams in handling feedback or unexpected operational issues.
- Monitor activity quality, safety procedures, equipment readiness and required venue standards.
- Work with marketing, technical, facilities and commercial colleagues to coordinate events and promotions.
- Review performance and visitor feedback, identifying practical improvements to programmes and operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in entertainment, leisure, attractions, hospitality or related guest-facing operations.
- Ability to coordinate people and schedules while balancing service, safety and operational priorities.
- Strong communication, planning and issue-resolution skills.
- A guest-focused mindset and willingness to work around venue operating requirements.
