Program Purpose
This program is designed for highly qualified UAE national engineering graduates. Over a two-year period, participants will be equipped with both technical and administrative skills through structured development opportunities and a clear career path. The goal is to prepare the next generation of specialists for the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following conditions to qualify:- Must be a UAE citizen.
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher in their most recent academic achievement.
- Must have graduated within the past two years.
- Must be between 21 and 26 years old.
- Must successfully pass tests and personal interviews.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering from a recognized university.
