Chalhoub Group is hiring a Director Omni-Channel | Beauty Division in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full time opportunity is part of the Group's luxury retail, beauty, fashion, e-commerce, corporate or technology operations. The position offers candidates the opportunity to contribute to a customer-focused business with regional operations across the Middle East.
This senior role shapes the Beauty division's end-to-end omnichannel strategy across retail, e-commerce, CRM and digital touchpoints. It combines commercial performance, customer insight and innovation, with responsibility for e-commerce trading and profitability, CRM strategy, acquisition, engagement and retention, and coordinated customer experiences across premium and luxury beauty portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the responsibilities and performance objectives associated with the position.
- Work collaboratively with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to keep activities on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, systems and documentation required for effective operations.
- Monitor performance, identify issues and support practical improvements where required.
- Follow company policies, brand standards, quality requirements and applicable compliance procedures.
- Contribute to a positive customer, colleague and stakeholder experience.
Requirements
- Relevant education, training or professional experience appropriate to the Director Omni-Channel | Beauty Division position.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Role-specific technical, commercial or customer-service knowledge is expected where applicable.
