Senior Associate – Workplace Tech

The Senior Associate, Workplace Tech will help deliver a dependable and user-friendly workplace technology experience. Working with colleagues across the business, the role supports workplace platforms, service improvements, issue resolution and technology initiatives that help teams work effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace technology requests, incidents, changes and improvement activities through agreed service processes.
• Work with technology partners and internal stakeholders to diagnose issues, manage priorities and communicate progress.
• Support collaboration, endpoint, SaaS and workplace tools, keeping documentation and knowledge resources current.
• Review service data and user feedback to identify recurring problems, control risks and improve adoption.
• Contribute to projects, testing, rollout planning and operational handover.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in workplace technology, IT service delivery, application support or a similar environment.
• Good understanding of service management, SaaS tools, user support, change coordination and reporting.
• Clear communication, structured problem solving and the ability to manage several priorities with care.

Employment Details
