The Technical Product Manager – Guest Experience helps shape and deliver digital capabilities that improve the end-to-end customer journey. The role connects business goals with technology execution, turning customer and operational needs into a prioritized product roadmap. It involves working with design, engineering, data and business teams to deliver reliable features, manage dependencies and track outcomes. Strong product judgement and clear communication are essential to balance guest needs, technical constraints and measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product goals, user needs, feature priorities and delivery plans for guest-experience capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlogs.
- Work with engineering, design, data and operational teams to manage dependencies and ensure readiness for release.
- Track adoption, usability, performance and customer outcomes, using evidence to prioritize further improvements.
- Communicate roadmap decisions, risks and progress to stakeholders and support continuous product improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in technical product management, digital delivery or a related product role.
- Ability to work with agile teams and translate customer or business needs into actionable requirements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to discuss trade-offs with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A customer-focused mindset and awareness of digital service operations, data or integrations are valuable.
