Videographer / Photographer

Pantheon Development is recruiting a Videographer / Photographer to create visual material for its real estate projects and corporate activities in Dubai. The position covers the complete production process, from understanding a brief and planning a shoot to capturing footage, editing and delivering finished assets. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with cameras and lighting equipment, and should know how to shape content for marketing and digital communication. Experience in property photography or corporate-event coverage will be an advantage.

This is a full-time role based in Business Bay, Dubai. The estimated monthly salary is AED 5,000–8,000. Applicants with the ability to join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph real estate developments, interiors and corporate events to a professional standard.
• Film video content that supports property marketing and company communication needs.
• Plan shoots and develop suitable visual concepts from internal creative briefs.
• Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting and related production equipment.
• Edit footage and photographs and prepare finished content for digital channels.
• Manage assignments from initial capture through post-production, review and final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm requirements, schedules and content priorities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Practical experience in both videography and photography.
• Real estate photography or corporate-event production experience is preferred.
• Strong shooting, editing and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to use professional cameras, lighting equipment and editing software.
• A portfolio showing camera work, composition, lighting and post-production ability.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
