Lead Experience (CX) Designer

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Lead Experience Designer to turn customer experience strategy into tested design work across physical, digital and connected customer touchpoints. The role leads complex experience projects and creates journey maps, service blueprints and prototypes that help teams deliver distinctive brand experiences grounded in customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate experience strategy and brand direction into practical design outputs and customer journeys.
• Build and maintain journey maps, service blueprints, personas and prototypes for end-to-end experiences.
• Use customer intelligence, feedback and journey insights to identify service pain points and opportunities.
• Partner with digital, product, IT, store, customer care and brand teams throughout design delivery.
• Support design initiatives for retail formats, online experiences, clienteling tools and emerging concepts.
• Contribute to design methods, standards, documentation and the development of the wider practice.

Requirements

• Bring hands-on experience in customer experience or service design, with working knowledge of UX and UI.
• Understand research insights, customer needs and the translation of evidence into practical design decisions.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, creativity, communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Be confident managing projects from discovery and concept development through prototyping and refinement.
