Enterprise Security Architect Lead

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Enterprise Security Architect Lead in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full time opportunity is part of the Group's luxury retail, beauty, fashion, e-commerce, corporate or technology operations. The position offers candidates the opportunity to contribute to a customer-focused business with regional operations across the Middle East.

The position leads enterprise security architecture across technology environments, translating business and technology requirements into secure, scalable designs. Responsibilities include security standards, architecture reviews, risk management, identity and access controls, cloud and application security, governance, compliance, threat considerations and collaboration with technology teams to ensure security is embedded into solutions and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the responsibilities and performance objectives associated with the position.
• Work collaboratively with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to keep activities on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, systems and documentation required for effective operations.
• Monitor performance, identify issues and support practical improvements where required.
