Sales Supervisor – Asian Beauty

The Sales Supervisor – Asian Beauty oversees the day-to-day performance and execution of the assigned Asian Beauty portfolio across the UAE. The role spends significant time in stores to support product availability, visibility, brand standards and sales growth. It also coordinates a team of beauty advisors and works with store managers, account stakeholders and suppliers on launches and commercial opportunities.

Job Overview

This position contributes to the customer, commercial or operational goals of Chalhoub Group. The successful candidate will carry out the responsibilities below while working with relevant colleagues and following established policies, standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance across stores and ensure product visibility, availability and presentation meet brand standards.
• Lead and support Beauty Advisors, including recruitment coordination and collaboration with external agency partners.
• Follow up on orders, purchase orders, stock arrivals, testers and payment-related operational issues.
• Build relationships with store and area managers and account stakeholders to strengthen distribution and sales.
• Coordinate activations and launches, review their impact and prepare regular performance reports using sales data.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in beauty sales, retail supervision, brand execution or account-facing commercial work.
• Ability to lead and support frontline teams and coordinate with retail partners.
• Strong analytical, reporting and follow-up skills.
• Good communication, planning and relationship-management ability.

Skills and Competencies

The role values commercial drive, store execution, product knowledge and confidence working across multiple stakeholders. Experience with beauty portfolios, planograms, launch calendars and sales KPIs is useful. Candidates should communicate clearly, manage priorities responsibly and contribute to a respectful team environment.
