Sales Associate

The Sales Associate represents the brand on the shop floor by helping customers choose products, delivering attentive service and contributing to store sales. Key Responsibilities

• Explain product features, benefits, materials and care instructions, keeping knowledge of brands and promotions up to date.
• Promote the company loyalty programme and identify relevant upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain attractive product displays and follow store layout, visual merchandising and clearance guidelines.
• Keep track of stock availability, incoming and outgoing merchandise, and accurate inventory information.
• Follow operational instructions from the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and support daily store upkeep.
• Maintain professional grooming, follow security procedures and remain flexible during busy sales periods.
