Department Supervisor – Tryano

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shop-floor activity and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Monitor sales and service performance, help maintain target focus and raise operational issues early.
• Ensure products, displays, fitting or service areas and stock presentation meet store standards.
• Assist with customer escalations and model professional, helpful service.
• Support shift coordination, onboarding or coaching and compliance with store procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Retail experience with some responsibility for coordinating tasks or supporting a team.
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to respond calmly to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow brand, safety and store operating procedures.
