Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across ticketing, F&B, ushering, and other cinema touchpoints.
• Professionally handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests with courtesy and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across work areas, upholding brand standards.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in line with MAF Cinemas’ policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Certificate, course, or diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Must be available for night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
