Description

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the face of Majid Al Futtaim’s mall experience, ensuring guests receive exceptional service at the Customer Service Information Desk. You’ll support the delivery of a seamless, memorable, and customer-centric journey across our premium mall assets—helping us create unforgettable experiences, every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the Customer Service Desk as per company standards and SOPs.
  • Stay updated on mall services, store locations, facilities, events, and promotions.
  • Respond to in-person and phone inquiries with professionalism and clear communication.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints as per agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Administer the Gift Card program and ensure compliance with payment and handling policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (essential).
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a premium shopping mall, luxury hospitality, or similar environment in the GCC or abroad.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Professional communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
