Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalised service and help clients select pieces suited to their needs and occasions.
• Build client relationships through appropriate follow-up and knowledge of customer preferences.
• Maintain product and collection knowledge, including seasonal launches and available sizes or colours.
• Support sales targets, store presentation, stock handling and transaction accuracy.
• Contribute to a polished boutique environment and coordinate with colleagues to deliver a consistent client journey.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in fashion or premium retail and an interest in contemporary designer clothing.
• Strong communication, styling and customer relationship skills.
• A polished, professional approach and attention to detail.
