Co-branded Credit Card Manager

The Co-branded Credit Card Manager will help grow and manage a customer-facing card proposition in partnership with financial and commercial stakeholders. The role combines proposition development, portfolio performance, customer value, partner coordination and responsible operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the card proposition, customer journey, benefits, campaigns and commercial priorities across the partnership.
• Track acquisition, activation, spend, retention, profitability, service and risk indicators, turning insight into actions.
• Coordinate with the issuing bank, marketing, loyalty, technology, finance, legal and customer care teams.
• Support business cases, launches, communications, testing and improvement of the member experience.
• Maintain clear governance, documentation and issue resolution across the partner operating model. Additional focus includes contribute to the pmp team on the cbcc uae launch plan and timeline once the partnership is finalized, tracking milestones, dependencies and cross-functional readiness through to go-live; lead the day-to-day development of the cbcc customer value proposition (cvp) — card benefits, rewards mechanics and points integration with muse ; coordinate operational readiness across functions ahead of launch: customer onboarding/application journey, servicing processes, payment operations and muse points integration.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in credit cards, payments, loyalty, banking partnerships, CRM or a related commercial role.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Employment Details
