Dubai Holding is seeking applications for the position of Senior Manager - Contracts (Dubai Holding Real Estate) in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract-management activities across real-estate projects and developments.
- Develop and review tender and contract documentation and commercial requirements.
- Manage negotiations, contractual correspondence, variations, claims and disputes.
- Provide commercial and contractual guidance to project and development teams.
- Monitor contractor performance, obligations, risks and compliance.
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain contract governance and support cost-effective project delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Experience level: Senior.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law or related field.
- Relevant experience in the applicable industry or functional area is advantageous.
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow company policies, safety requirements and operational procedures.
- Ability to manage priorities and maintain accurate records in a professional work environment.
