Estimator/draftsman

Extensive knowledge of fit out & joinery procedure and processes.
- Preparation of Drawings.
- Prepare BOQs and quotations.
- Measure and calculate the cost of materials.
- Prepare tender submissions and take offs Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret plans Contract administration.
- Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of joinery, wooden and fit out works
- Should be able to handle both pre and post contract work, review the scope of works along with contract terms and conditions, and to prepare bill of materials/quantity take off/variations/invoicing, cost management etc..
- Identify design and construct ability issues and analysis to determine construct ability.
- Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
- Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types.
- Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent years of work experience.
- You should have at least 2-3 years' experience in designing, estimation & costing with Joinery and fit-out company. Minimum 2 years in UAE is desirable.
- Must have knowledge of production (joinery) and installation, and (joinery & fit-out) procedures.
- Time Management.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
