Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Chef De Partie at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a kitchen station and oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all food items produced.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff assigned to the section.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
- Monitor portion and waste control to support cost management.
- Follow HACCP and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist in menu updates and new dish trials under the Sous Chef’s guidance
- Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or Professional Chef Certification
- 3–5 years in a professional kitchen, including experience managing a kitchen station.
- Proficient in food preparation and plating techniques
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to manage kitchen timelines and coordinate with other sections
- Good communication and team supervision skills
