Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Chef De Partie at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a kitchen station and oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all food items produced.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff assigned to the section.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
  • Monitor portion and waste control to support cost management.
  • Follow HACCP and safety procedures at all times.
  • Assist in menu updates and new dish trials under the Sous Chef’s guidance
  • Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or Professional Chef Certification
  • 3–5 years in a professional kitchen, including experience managing a kitchen station.
  • Proficient in food preparation and plating techniques
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
  • Ability to manage kitchen timelines and coordinate with other sections
  • Good communication and team supervision skills
