Deliver evidence-informed behavioral assessment and intervention services that support individuals with developmental, behavioral, or communication-related needs. This full-time opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver reliable, professional service in line with organizational policies and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured observations and assessments to identify behavioral patterns, strengths, needs, and relevant environmental factors.
- Develop individualized behavior support plans with measurable goals and practical strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, evaluate interventions, and adjust plans when required.
- Coach caregivers and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to promote consistent support across settings.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, follow ethical and safeguarding standards, and communicate progress clearly.
