Senior Officer, Product Support (UAE Nationals Only)

The Senior Officer, Product Support (UAE Nationals Only) vacancy is part of the Corporate and Investment Banking - Islamic Banking function at Mashreq in the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Assist product managers with daily product activities, follow-ups and coordination across relevant business and support teams.
• Conduct market research and organise competitor or product information to support product reviews and business decisions.
• Prepare and update product documents, presentation materials, reports and management information.
• Coordinate updates to Islamic banking product materials and help maintain clear, accurate product information.
• Support product enhancements and digital initiatives by gathering inputs, tracking actions and communicating progress.

Requirements and Qualifications
