Relationship Manager – Priority Banking (UAE Nationals Only)

Emirates Islamic is seeking a UAE National Relationship Manager for Priority Banking to grow relationships with high-network customers and deliver suitable banking, asset and investment solutions. The role combines customer acquisition, portfolio development and team guidance, with responsibility for revenue targets and compliance with the bank’s policies and customer-protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Priority Banking customers who meet the bank’s eligibility criteria through relationship building and appropriate product sales.
• Promote the bank’s range of liability, asset, investment and wealth-related offerings according to each customer’s needs and suitability.
• Meet assigned targets for wealth-management revenue, foreign-exchange revenue, deposits and assets on a consistent basis.
• Review account performance and recommend suitable actions to strengthen relationships and improve portfolio outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals to other banking teams, coordinating service where customers need wider support.
• Supervise or guide junior relationship and support staff, promoting compliant sales practices, clear follow-up and professional customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications

• UAE National status is required for this role.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
• At least four years of experience in Priority Banking or Private Banking relationship management.
• CISI professional certification, product knowledge and a solid understanding of customer due diligence and banking policies.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong business development, relationship-management and sales performance skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs, explain product suitability and maintain trustworthy long-term relationships.
• Leadership, organisation, sound judgement and the ability to deliver against targets without compromising compliance.
