Relationship Manager – Chinese Segment

Job Overview

Manage and expand relationships with Chinese clients, focusing on business liabilities, transaction banking and relevant asset solutions while supporting acquisition, portfolio growth and compliant onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new Chinese-segment business relationships and grow existing portfolios.
• Identify liability and transaction-banking opportunities and generate low-cost transactional balances.
• Develop cross-sell opportunities across the bank’s business and retail products.
• Support client onboarding, documentation and regulatory checks.
• Coordinate service requests with Relationship Managers, Operations and support teams.
• Translate customer and market feedback into product and service improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with HNWI, SME and commercial customers.
• Maintain compliance with AML, KYC, Central Bank requirements and internal controls.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandarin-speaking capability is required.
• Over 10 years of branch banking, operations, relationship management or customer-service experience, preferably in HNWI relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of the Chinese client segment and its business requirements.
• Strong RAKBANK product knowledge, relationship-management and business-development skills.
