Officer, Credit Operations – Unsecured Loans

The Officer, Credit Operations - Unsecured Loans vacancy is part of the Operations - Retail Lending Operations function at Mashreq in the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications, contracts and supporting documents for completeness and consistency.
• Process approved disbursements and customer service requests within established service timelines.
• Conduct required checks and coordinate with relevant teams when information or approvals are missing.
• Support fraud-prevention controls, general-ledger reconciliations and accurate transaction records.
• Monitor outstanding cases and contribute to service-level, turnaround-time and operational-quality targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Available information indicates that fresh graduates or candidates with up to approximately two years of experience may be considered.
• A graduate qualification is relevant to the role.
• Basic understanding of banking documentation, lending operations and Microsoft Office is useful.
