Job Overview

Drive mortgage and home-finance sales by acquiring new customers, advising on financing options and coordinating applications from initial enquiry through approval and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Explain documentation, application, approval and processing requirements to customers.
• Manage customer relationships throughout pre-approval and post-approval stages.
• Coordinate accurate and timely application processing within defined TAT.
• Develop relationships with real-estate agents, developers and property-market partners.
• Build and maintain a network of real-estate companies and referral sources.
• Focus on new-to-bank customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
• Prepare MIS reports and communicate sales-pipeline and market updates.
• Support cross-selling and maintain compliant customer documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer communication skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage/home-finance products, lending policies and property-market dynamics.
• Good time management, pipeline-management, MS Office and CRM skills.
