Client Relationship Associate

Job Overview

Support Elite and Select Banking customers across Dubai and Abu Dhabi by handling service requests, building relationships, generating referrals and maintaining high standards of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary service contact for assigned affluent clients.
• Manage customer queries, service requests and portfolio needs within agreed timelines.
• Conduct outbound calls and meetings to maintain engagement and gather feedback.
• Analyze customer needs and identify suitable financial solutions.
• Generate referrals for credit cards, loans, mortgages, investments, wealth and bancassurance.
• Process account services, onboarding and other requests accurately.
• Check KYC, Emirates ID, passport and account information and escalate risk indicators.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Product, Operations and external partners.
• Handle complaints, maintain CRM records and report engagement activity.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Banking, relationship-management or customer-service experience, preferably in HNWI/Priority Banking.
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations, AML and Central Bank requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and CRM skills.
