The Business Development Officer - Personal Loan Retention vacancy is part of the Retail Banking - Personal Loan Retention function at Mashreq in the United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Officer will support retention and servicing activity for personal-loan customers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests related to personal-loan retention, account closure and liability documentation.
- Explain applicable options for fresh facilities, top-ups, rescheduling or restructuring where permitted.
- Coordinate with credit, operations and service teams to progress customer requests and resolve issues.
- Review documentation for completeness and ensure that customer records are updated accurately.
- Identify retention opportunities and support appropriate sales conversations without compromising policy or customer suitability.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Available information indicates a university degree or diploma and at least two years of banking experience.
- Experience with personal loans, credit products, customer retention or loan servicing is relevant.
- Candidates should understand documentation and compliance requirements and be able to manage competing requests.
