The Assistant Manager - RBG Premises & Network Planning (UAE Nationals Only) vacancy is part of the Retail Banking - Premises and Network Planning function at Mashreq in the United Arab Emirates. The Assistant Manager will support planning and performance oversight for the retail-banking branch and premises network. The position involves preparing management information, reviewing productivity and staffing data, coordinating network-related projects and providing clear updates to decision-makers. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable delivery, accurate records and a professional experience for the customers and colleagues supported by the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain management reports covering branch network activity, productivity and resource information.
- Analyse headcount, staffing and location data to identify trends and support planning decisions.
- Coordinate network and premises projects with relevant retail-banking, facilities and support teams.
- Track project actions, dependencies and milestones, following up on issues that may affect delivery.
- Present accurate updates and analysis to management using clear reports and supporting data.
Requirements and Qualifications
- The vacancy is restricted to UAE Nationals.
- Available information indicates a bachelor degree and approximately three to four years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel is relevant; Power BI capability is advantageous.
