The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro-business customers in managing their finances, through expert advice and the provision of a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shari’ah compliant banking. We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- To plan and implement multiple paid performance driven digital marketing campaigns across channels like paid search, display, programmatic, paid social and affiliates, focusing on managing digital marketing campaigns in order to contribute to the goals and success of ADCB’s Digital strategy
- Manage Bank wide strategy share of voice (SOV) on top search engines to ensure high brand presence and customer engagement across maximum search presence contributing to the overall Digital Marketing Strategy. Optimise cutting-edge digital campaign strategies and goals across the organization. Analyse and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics and manage the creation of large keyword lists in order to influence future campaigns
- Create customized marketing materials in increase product awareness. Create and manage landing pages for products
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution and paid media
- Manage display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms in order to make changes immediately should the results not reflect requirements
- Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, competitor keyword research, campaign structuring, targeting, display network and other facets of paid search to ensure accordance with stakeholder strategic requirements
- Manage and implement successful paid search campaigns in order to achieve revenue goals, efficiency and volume and to identify opportunities to grow leads and improve profitability of campaigns
- Manage creative campaigns in order to improve ad performance and quality click through rates (CTRs)
- Manage, review and perform daily project responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms, reporting on findings in order to influence future campaigns
- Analyse data , identify trends, monitor and generate weekly and monthly stakeholder reports on all major metrics, including goal and revenue tracking and other paid search initiatives in order to report on return on investment (ROI) and make data-driven decisions
- Manage vendor relationships to implement and manage campaigns on third- party advertising platforms
- Liaise with Google account manager in order to obtain recommendations on campaign performance and access beta features
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
- At least 5 years of experience in managing paid, owned and earned digital channels with multivariate experiments and dynamic creative optimisation, managing campaign analytics, listening and measurement tools and significant experience in scaling acquisitions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Development
- Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics,
- Double Click Manager, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
- Data driven
- Ability to set performance targets that ladder up to business goals
- Capable of orchestrating multiple campaigns across various channels
- Understanding of the primary online marketing strategies (Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), paid search, social platforms, content marketing, targeting, and retargeting)
- Communication and research skills
- Ability to work across multiple accounts, organising workflows and delivering on deadlines
