Flight Operations Safety Specialist

Job Overview

Air Arabia is hiring a Flight Operations Safety Specialist to analyse Flight Data Monitoring and operational safety information, identify hazards and assess operational risks across the group. The role supports safety investigations, risk assessments, crew engagement and proactive safety promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret FDM and operational safety data to identify hazards and trends.
• Conduct or support operational risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Provide operational expertise during safety investigations and occurrence reviews.
• Engage with flight crews and operational teams to promote safety awareness.
• Support safety reporting, monitoring and continuous improvement programmes.
• Prepare safety analyses, reports and management information.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Requirements

• Relevant aviation, flight operations, safety or aeronautical qualification.
• Experience in flight operations, aviation safety, FDM or operational risk management.
• Strong analytical and investigation skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing capability.
