Job Summary:
The Delivery & Handover Specialist plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience during the final stage of the vehicle purchase journey. This position is responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery, conducting professional handovers, explaining key vehicle features, and ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive first impression for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries in line with showroom sales and logistics schedules.
- Prepare vehicles for handover, ensuring they meet brand presentation standards.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle handovers, explaining features, controls, and key technologies to customers.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, registration, and insurance requirements are completed before delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and sales teams to confirm delivery timelines.
- Address customer queries during handover and ensure any issues are promptly resolved.
- Capture and record customer satisfaction feedback post-delivery.
- Liaise with the service and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) teams to ensure vehicles are ready on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of handovers and delivery checklists.
- Support the marketing or CRM team with delivery photos and customer experience initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, delivery, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving licence required.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE automotive experience preferred.
