BMW Parts Consultant

Job Purpose

To provide expert advice and support to customers, technicians, and service advisors regarding BMW parts and accessories. The role ensures accurate order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and inventory management in alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on a wide range of vehicle components, including tires, wheels, suspension parts, and climate systems
• Fulfill orders accurately from available stock and notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock or urgent material needs
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to meet repair and maintenance requirements efficiently
• Ensure exceptional customer service by delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused support
• Maintain professional communication and create memorable experiences aligned with BMW’s premium standards
• Support showroom and back-office operations related to inventory and parts logistics

Candidate Profile

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (essential)

Experience

• Prior experience as a Parts Consultant with a recognized automotive retailer
• Background in auto repairs or technical service is highly desirable
• Familiarity with luxury automotive brands, especially BMW, is a plus
