The Associate Director – Investments Strategy & Value Creation supports portfolio operations, investment intelligence and strategy execution across Dubai Holding Investments. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in investment strategy, portfolio operations, corporate finance, consulting or value creation.
- Strong financial analysis, business judgement and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and synthesise complex information clearly.
- Experience monitoring portfolio performance or delivering cross-functional initiatives is valuable.
- Advanced presentation, analysis and stakeholder-management skills.
