Description
Al Tayer Stocks - Building & Interior Divisions is seeking a Design Coordinator to support design development and project execution. The role prepares and coordinates architectural drawings and design information, helping resolve technical issues and ensure that design requirements are communicated clearly to project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate concept and detailed drawings for assigned projects.
- Use AutoCAD to produce, update and review design documentation.
- Coordinate design information with project and site teams during execution.
- Identify drawing issues and assist in resolving design or implementation problems.
- Maintain accurate drawing records and communicate revisions to relevant stakeholders.
- Support interior fit-out projects by ensuring design details are clear and practical.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
- Have around two to three years of AutoCAD experience.
- Understand concept and detail drawings, preferably for interior fit-out work.
- Demonstrate accuracy, communication skills and the ability to solve project-related design issues.
Qualifications and Skills
