Supply Planner

The Supply Planner helps maintain balanced inventory and product availability by developing supply and replenishment plans that support forecast demand. The role works closely with Demand Planning, Logistics, suppliers and internal business teams to identify constraints early and keep stock flowing through the distribution network. Good data discipline and performance monitoring are essential to protect service levels and reduce excess inventory.

Job Overview

This position contributes to the customer, commercial or operational goals of Chalhoub Group. The successful candidate will carry out the responsibilities below while working with relevant colleagues and following established policies, standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop supply planning and replenishment parameters and communicate recommendations to relevant teams.
• Partner with Demand Planners to review sales forecasts and validate stock models.
• Identify supply constraints that could affect business-critical products and propose corrective actions.
• Agree and monitor supplier KPIs and service-level agreements, keeping planning data accurate.
• Coordinate with logistics on transportation and distribution, and adjust plans for returns, transfers and stock depletion.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning, replenishment, inventory management or supply chain analysis.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence working with planning data and spreadsheets or planning systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills across suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• A structured approach to data accuracy, issue escalation and performance tracking.

Skills and Competencies

The role requires practical problem-solving, commercial awareness, attention to stock parameters and the ability to balance availability with inventory efficiency. Familiarity with supply-chain KPIs and cross-functional planning is helpful. Candidates should communicate clearly, manage priorities responsibly and contribute to a respectful team environment.
