Associate – Merchandise Planner

The Associate - Merchandise Planner role supports the right product being available in the right place at the right time. It combines demand understanding, inventory control, reporting and cross-functional coordination to improve availability, sell-through and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts, supply or merchandise plans using sales history, trends, stock position and business inputs.
• Monitor availability, sell-through, cover, intake and replenishment, highlighting risks and opportunities early.
• Coordinate with buying, merchandising, logistics, stores and suppliers to keep plans on track.
• Maintain accurate reports, assumptions and planning data, explaining variances and recommended actions.
• Support seasonal reviews, product launches, stock movements and continuous improvement in planning processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning, merchandise planning, demand planning, retail operations or a related area.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail and confident stakeholder communication.
