Head – Project Management Office

About the Role:

Join the Strategy & Development division at Dubai Airports, where innovation meets execution. As Head of the Project Management Office (PMO), you’ll establish and lead a PMO function that drives performance, governance, and delivery excellence across strategic programmes and projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the PMO team from the ground up
• Define governance, controls, tools & systems across project life cycles
• Provide executive-level reporting & performance insights
• Develop & track key delivery metrics
• Ensure timely identification of risks across time, cost & quality
• Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Drive standardization and best practices across all programmes

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related
• 10–12 years' experience, including 5–7 years in a senior PMO/portfolio role
• Expertise in project governance, construction & cost controls, risk mgmt, benefits realization
• Skilled in implementing and optimizing P3M tools/software
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across operational and executive levels
