Role Purpose

Manage and develop Wine Categories to drive volumes and profits in specific regions/countries. This role involves coordination with Principals, marketing the categories across all sales channels, and supporting sales functions.

Key Accountabilities

• Strategize and Innovate: Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans for top-tier wine brands.
• Develop and enhance MMI’s Wine Portfolio and negotiate optimal terms.
• Educate and Lead: Empower our sales force with knowledge and strategies for peak performance.
• Optimize and Oversee: Manage inventory and procurement to align with marketing efforts and sales forecasts.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Strong commercial, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of managing promotional activity and understanding of brand/marketing functions.
• Sound knowledge of the wine industry.
• Supplier management experience
• WSET 3 in Wine

Preferred Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in organizing and managing large events, wine dinners and tastings.
• Capability to produce consumer and trade newsletters.
• 3 years wine industry experience
• Driving License
