Description
Job Purpose:
The Vocational Accreditation & Quality Manager is responsible for leading Beyond Education’s institutional and program accreditation processes in compliance with National Qualifications Center (NQC) standards, as well as sector-specific accreditation frameworks, including Military Qualifications Center (MQC) and Interior Qualifications Center (IQC) requirements for defense and security-related training. The role ensures that Beyond Education operates with full compliance to national and international quality frameworks (NQC, ISO 29993, EFQM 2025) and maintains continuous readiness for internal and external audits.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Lead the full accreditation roadmap of Beyond Education with NQC, MQC, IQC, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Establish, implement, and maintain an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with UAE and international standards.
- Develop and annually update the Self-Evaluation Document (SED) and the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) in line with NQC requirements.
- Ensure institutional and operational alignment with national defense and internal security training standards, including classification, documentation, and assessment frameworks.
- Oversee all internal and external quality assurance audits, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Build and lead a quality culture across all Beyond Education departments to ensure consistent compliance, documentation integrity, and improvement cycles.
- Serve as the official liaison with external regulatory and accreditation bodies such as NQC, MQC, IQC, ADEK, MOE, and international partners.
- Support executive decision-making through data-driven reporting on quality metrics, audit results, and compliance indicators.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for improving institutional effectiveness and student outcomes in STEM education.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of training programs and institutional practices.
- Conduct research to identify best practices in vocational training and assess our programs against industry standards.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, including faculty, students, and industry partners, to gather insights and align strategies with market needs.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Beyond Education’s accreditation and quality assurance framework, ensuring alignment with NQC, MQC, and IQC standards.
- Coordinate with national and international awarding bodies to maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the Evidence Matrix and documentation system for all quality domains, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
- Develop and update all policies, procedures, and forms related to quality assurance, training compliance, and accreditation.
- Coordinate across departments to collect, verify, and submit evidence for institutional and program accreditations.
- Conduct internal quality audits (IQA) and institutional self-evaluations; issue findings, corrective actions, and follow-up reports.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to learner performance, trainer effectiveness, and program outcomes.
- Oversee course evaluation and feedback processes, including learner surveys, instructor performance reviews, and assessment outcomes.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of training and assessment systems, ensuring alignment with military and interior-specific competency frameworks.
- Ensure strict compliance with data protection, facility security, and classified information protocols in line with MQC and IQC requirements.
- Prepare Beyond Education for External Quality Assurance (EQA) and accreditation visits, including documentation, submissions, and coordination with external auditors.
- Provide training and capacity-building workshops for faculty and staff on accreditation standards, documentation control, and audit readiness.
- Maintain a three-year archive of all quality assurance and accreditation documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of institutional policies to ensure alignment with awarding body standards and Beyond Education’s strategic objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization of course files and adoption of effective assessment tools.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Assurance, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with NQC accreditation frameworks (ATPQS, SED, QIP).
- Strong understanding of MQC (Military Qualifications Center) and IQC (Interior Qualifications Center) frameworks, standards, and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 29993, ISO 21001, and EFQM 2025 quality models.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills in English and Arabic.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in vocational education, accreditation, or quality assurance, preferably in a UAE context.
