Description
The Vice President, Global Expansion Strategy & Commercialization is a key strategic role responsible for turning partner-led opportunities into scalable, revenue-generating solutions that support the growth of Mashreq’s Retail Banking Group (RBG), including SME. You will lead the development and commercialization of digital financial products, ensuring alignment with market demand, partner capabilities, and business objectives.
The role serves as a vital bridge between internal stakeholders — across product, technology, operations, and compliance — and external partners such as fintech’s, digital platforms, and banks. He/she will shape go-to-market strategies, build business cases, and manage execution to drive impact across acquisition, revenue, and customer experience.
You will also be responsible for evaluating and advancing strategic initiatives, leveraging data and market intelligence to ensure each proposition delivers measurable value. Working across squads and business units, the role ensures initiatives move from concept to market at speed — with a clear focus on commercial viability, scalability, and performance.
This is a high-impact role suited for a commercially driven strategist with a track record in product development, ecosystem partnerships, and execution excellence in a digitally evolving environment.
