Your Impact: What You'll Do

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our incredibly talented and hardworking team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless delivery operations:

• Manage Delivery Operations: Plan schedules, monitor performance, and resolve issues for delivery associates.
• Optimize Rider Performance: Ensure adequate daily rider logins, improve on-time delivery, and reduce rider-driven cancellations through coaching and trend analysis.
• Oversee Fleet Quality: Maintain high standards of fleet hygiene and quality for an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive Efficiency: Identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency through better planning and data analysis.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with delivery associates and other stakeholders.
• Reporting & Analysis: Measure department effectiveness, track KPIs, analyze data to solve problems, and prepare daily reports.

What You'll Bring: Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations or Management.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Logistics & Inventory Management.
• Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Logistics Expertise: Strong understanding of local transportation systems, including managing truckloads, line haul updates, and small parcel carriers.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with excellent Excel knowledge.
