Description

Support the Vehicle Licensing Department (VLD) by preparing reports, coordinating complaint resolution, and driving continuous improvement through policy development, benchmarking, and performance analysis. This role ensures alignment with RTA’s strategic goals and contributes to operational excellence across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop periodic reports related to section complaints.
  • Coordinate daily with complaint coordinators across department divisions, the Customer Happiness Department, and the customer service specialist in the Executive Director’s office.
  • Represent the section in meetings, contribute to discussions, and ensure the VLD’s role is professionally reflected.
  • Analyze department complaints, propose corrective actions, and support achievement of performance targets.
  • Collaborate with the Quality, Health, Safety & Sustainability Office in the CEO’s office.
  • Coordinate with operational divisions to develop and update section policies, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and tracking progress via designated systems.
  • Support quality audits for the Studies & Policies Division, ensuring timely closure of recommendations and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and executing the department’s annual participation plan in external awards.
  • Conduct studies and research to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Follow up on suggestions related to VLD, coordinate with relevant divisions, and track implementation progress.
  • Lead the development and execution of the department’s annual benchmarking plan.
  • Review policies and manuals received from other agencies, providing feedback aligned with VLD’s scope and responsibilities.
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings, prepare presentations, and provide updates on assigned initiatives.
  • Support internal audits by coordinating closure of recommendations and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Oversee process updates and development within the Studies & Policies Section, ensuring accurate system entry.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Big Data from a recognized university.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
