Specialist – Security Fusion Center

Key Results & Accountabilities

• Perform any other tasks and responsibilities related to the position as assigned by the direct manager.
• Develop effective response scenarios to address various security threats within RTA.
• Create use cases and security scenarios to detect suspicious behavioral patterns across RTA systems.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies and sectors within RTA to ensure the availability of necessary information.
• Analyze threats using predictive security techniques to anticipate future challenges.
• Manage development projects for tools and techniques aimed at detecting corruption, fraud, and information leakage, ensuring continuous improvement and enhanced effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create coordinated and effective response plans.
• Conduct benchmark comparisons and gap analyses to improve overall security performance.
• Prepare studies and reports related to the development and enhancement of security systems.

Information Security Compliance

• Strictly adhere to RTA Information Security policies, procedures, and processes.
• Follow data sharing guidelines for all internal and external transfers.
• Immediately report any Information Security incidents to your line manager and IT support for prompt resolution.
• Actively participate in assigned Information Security training and awareness sessions.
• Comply with all instructions and guidance provided by your line manager in alignment with Information Security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Bachelor’s degree: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
