Role Purpose:
The Senior Performance Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive both online sales and retail store traffic. This role plays a key part in executing full-funnel performance strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. The Senior Performance Executive collaborates closely with creative, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and ther paid media platforms.
- Execute full-funnel strategies targeting both e-commerce conversions and in-store footfall.
- Manage app acquisition and remarketing campaigns, including prospecting and retargeting initiatives.
Optimization & Budgeting
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize toward key KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Adjust targeting, creatives, bidding, and budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Maintain strict budget control and pacing across all active channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to align messaging, visuals, and formats with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with CRM and Analytics teams to support integrated campaign strategies and data reporting.
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze performance data and extract actionable insights to inform campaign improvements.
- Deliver regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in retail and e[1]commerce.
- Proven track record in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization strategies (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR).
- Experience with app marketing, retargeting, and full-funnel digital strategies.
- Proficiency in using analytics and ad management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
