About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Senior Manager to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO). This role is crucial in driving digital and operational transformation initiatives by capturing and managing business requirements, ensuring strategic alignment, and delivering high-quality outcomes that support our growth and innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) in accordance with departmental standards and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation of business needs across all assigned programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain toolkits and templates for BRDs to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate with impacted stakeholders across departments to ensure their inputs are included in the BRDs.
  • Deliver BRDs as per defined schedules for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that business requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework for tracking the TMO portfolio, KPIs, and overall performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, consulting on the impact of change and aligning initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Use KPIs and balanced scorecards to measure and report on TMO performance.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic materials for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, business growth, and process optimization.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with the bank's transformation agenda.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Banking, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in banking transformation, business analysis, or IT project management.
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects across banking, digital transformation, or Islamic finance domains.
Key Competencies
  • Deep understanding of business and technical processes in banking.
  • Strong expertise in BRD preparation, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
  • Advanced analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong command of UAT coordination and project lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
